After years of dieting and trying to eat healthy, I decided to try the 8 week challenge with AGLIVE virtual workouts. I lost 12 lbs. but even more than that I learned how exercise, how to commit to a program, how to meal prep, the tools I need to be successful. Having had 2 knee replacements I needed modifications to a lot of exercises which Adrienne made sure to show me. This is only the beginning, I will continue with AGlive Virtual workouts , continue learning healthy habits and recipes, and I absolutely love the motivational text and post.
