The clutter in your suitcase
By Adrienne Galloway – Fitness & Wellness Coach. Speaker
They say it doesn’t matter how spiritual we are. We will still have challenges in our lives.
We have to learn to realize and embrace our unique selves. But, the only way to do it is to let go of the clutter we keep carrying around.
At one point in my life, I found myself searching for peace just about every day. I wanted to give up. At the same time, I thought if I gave up then I’m just punishing myself and allowing the enemy to win. I couldn’t let that happen.
I allowed dire situations like abuse spiral out of control… then divorce, homelessness, and betrayal in friendships and business. Anger took up residence in my heart and left a dark, bitter taste in my mouth. It all left me physically and emotionally drained. I became my own worst enemy.
Does that sound like you?
I had already identified the problem, but was allowing self-pity to take control. No more!
How many times have you given up? Were you able to push through it? If so, how did you?
Making a STRONG FOUNDATION…
“The little foxes that spoil the vines; for our vines have tender grapes.”
