Fitness has always been a part of my life in wellness, outdoors, or retreats and events to get others involved.
Being certified in fitness, yoga, and guiding, has certainly increased my motivation and the small changes in my body continue to motivate me. I utilize amino acids, protein, supplements and vitamin patches that I love to gain leaps. Regardless of circumstance, position or age, if we want to accomplish something, we can adjust our vibration to meet it. When I’m not marketing, branding or writing, I’m outside!
